Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is looking for a motivated and caring Care Team Specialist to join our healthcare team. As a Care Team Specialist, you play an important role in our patient experience! You will provide excellent customer service by greeting and registering arriving patients, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance and co-pay information, and maintaining waiting room areas. Our Watership Clinic is a fun tight-knit group that is committed to patient-centered care, and we can't wait to welcome you to the team!

What you'll need:

• High School degree or equivalent required
• One year of related experience in a clinical or medical office or other related experience required
• Candidates with Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply!
• Experience or education providing basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 40hr/week; Day Shift, No weekends!
