Career Advancement Administrative Assistant

Purpose: As a Career Advancement Assistant you will be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing tasks and responding to emails, answering and returning phone calls, organizing documents, maintaining records, taking notes at meetings, and any other administrative tasks that help their supervisor perform their job.Must be comfortable taking delegated tasks and completing them with little supervision. Must be extremely proficient in both Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to track and maintain numerous data points.
