Qualifications |
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience working in the construction trades and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as well as teach all employability skills including computer skills necessary to perform basic office operations. Ability to work with construction math concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as measurements, fractions, percentages, ratios, graph reading and development, and proportions to practical situations. |
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw related conclusion. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. |
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel. |
Experience |
Minimum of one to two years of related hands-on construction experience |
Education |
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience. |
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations |
Must be certified, licensed or accredited in state where center is located, or accredited by a professional trade organization. Valid State Driver’s License. |
