Career Specialist/Instructor (Bilingual Spanish) - EDSI Solutions

Salary: $45,000/year

will attend community events and connect with community agencies to educate and share about PA CareerLink®
services. Facilitate workshops for jobseekers seeking to reenter the workforce. We are seeking a dynamic, teamoriented,
and caring individual to join our spirited team.

Essential Functions:

• Answer questions in a computer lab setting
•  Keep program participants on task in job search activities
• Assist in PA CareerLink® registration
• Update the job openings bulletin board
• Assist the Job Search Facilitator to communicate with the Instructor and management to coordinate information, interviews and appointments
• Facilitate workshops
• Provide reports as requested by management
• Meet with community organizations to learn about their missions and share information about our mission and
  goals
• Maintain current knowledge of state and local guidelines and regulations
• Disseminate information on available job opportunities to community-based organizations
• Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience in business, sales, training or management
•  Experience in team-oriented environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile and clean driving record required

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, liberal arts or related area
