We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our experienced team in Genoa, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our client, who enjoys activities such as walks, coloring, and word searches. Responsibilities:
Companionship: Engage with the client in a friendly and supportive manner, fostering a positive and caring environment.
Assistance with Activities: Accompany the client on walks, participate in coloring sessions, and assist with word searches, ensuring an enjoyable and fulfilling daily routine.
Personal Care: Provide assistance with activities of daily living, as needed, maintaining the client's comfort and well-being.
Flexible Schedule: Adhere to a flexible schedule, with availability for shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Communication: Keep open communication with the client and the care team, providing updates on the client's well-being and any changes in their needs.
Qualifications:
Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to consistent care and support.
Compassion: Display empathy and kindness in all interactions with the client.
Activity Engagement: Comfortable participating in various activities, including walks, coloring, and word searches.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and attend shifts as required.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
CNA Certification (preferred): Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
