About the Job
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Direct Support Professional/DSP - Fast Onboarding - Get Paid to Play!
BASE PAY starting is $16.25 an hour! (no experience required & FAST onboarding!)
Our Caregivers have fun on the job! Some examples: beach visits, drive-in movies, lobster boat trips, berry-picking, hiking, visiting the movies, baseball games, talent shows, restaurants, cooking, wreath-making, gardening and more! Come have fun while making a difference!
_BASE pay starts at $16.25 an hour with no experience!_
1-3 years of caregiver experience= $16.75 an hour
3+ yrs of experience=$17.25 an hour
(Higher compensation for applicants with CRMA, DSP and/or at least 1 year of caregiver experience!)
_Responsibilities of a Caregiver:_
+ Assist with bathing and toileting
+ Attend fun team outings!
+ Meal preparation
+ Light housekeeping
+ Companionship and conversation
+ Overall safety and wellbeing of clients
_Qualifications Required for a Caregiver:_
+ Must be minimum of 18 years of age
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record
+ Successful clearance of background checks
+ Attend FUN outings and activities!
