Job Summary:
CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Per Diem Caregivers (CGs) to join our team
This role is part-time
We are looking for several caregivers for various shifts with some weekends and holidays required
Sitter's responsibilities include monitoring the participants' daily activities, providing emotional support and companionship, as well responding to the patients' inquiries, concerns, and requests
Specific Skills/ Attributes:
● Care and compassion for others

● Ability to learn new systems and work processes
● Exceptional listening and communication skills
● Strong observation ability
● Ability to handle emotionally distressing situations.
● Professional appearance and excellent hygiene
● Ability to act calmly and swiftly under pressure
Qualifications:
● Caregiver experience especially with de-escalation.
● Ability to communicate in English
● Care and compassion for others
● Valid government ID
● Eligibility to work in the US
● TB test
● Proof of COVID vaccination, including first booster
● Reliable transportation
