Mission for this Position
The mission of the Memory Care Professional is to improve quality of life for Tender Rose clients and their families. The Memory Care Professional (MCP) will provide non-medical companionship care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. MCPs deliver person-centered, activity-based care focused around luxury-brand customer service to improve the mood and quality of life for their clients, families and other MCPs.

Schedule
- Full Time Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Part Time schedules
- 8 to 12 hour day shifts.
- Saturday OR Sunday availability required
- The MCP facilitates activities that are designed to meet the clients’ fundamental needs and provide meaningful moments throughout the day, even as the disease progresses.
- To provide meaningful, individualized care for clients, the MCP focuses on creating activities that engage their abilities in six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual and spiritual.
- Using this approach to person-centered, activity-based care, the MCP can assure almost every day will be a good one because it is filled with joy, dignity and meaning.
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
- Dementia care experience a plus
- Driver's License and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Home Care Aide Registration
- Fully Vaccinated Against Covid-19
