As our part-time Caregiver - Home Health Aide, you embody the essence of compassion and dedication, providing personalized care and support to our clients. From assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation to accompanying clients on walks, outdoor activities, and transportation to doctor appointments, your role is integral to the well-being and comfort of those we serve. Additionally, you provide emotional companionship, playing a vital role in brightening our clients' days. Your commitment to maintaining a safe environment, adherence to established protocols, and prompt communication of any changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care, making a profound impact on their lives each day!
Ready to become our essential Caregiver - Home Health Aide? Here's what we need from you:
- Must speak and understand at an advanced level in the Korean Language
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- CPR certification
- Current physical or TB/PPD test, if applicable
- Ability to adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull (varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with your own reliable vehicle
