Caregiver at Carelinx by Sharecare

Job Summary:
CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for caregivers to provide companionship care to clients with Dementia or a behavioral health condition
The caregiver will provide supervision and support

with clients as directed and report on any new conditions or needs that may arise
You will be making a difference in people’s lives and creating meaningful relationships with clients.



This role is full-time or part-time
We are looking for several caregivers for various shifts with some weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities:

Companionship

Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
Engaging in activities with the client
Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs

Qualifications:

Caregiver experience
Ability to communicate in English
Care and compassion for others
Fluent in Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and/or Cantonese language (Preferred).



Other Requirements:

Valid government ID
Eligibility to work in the US
TB test
Proof of COVID vaccination, including first booster
Reliable transportation
