Right at Home Coachella Valley is hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our growing team in Palm Desert, CA, serving the Coachella Valley communities. Whether you’re new to caregiving or have prior experience, we provide hands-on training to help you grow in this rewarding career and ensure you’re equipped to provide quality care. We offer an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by helping them stay comfortably in their homes.

Responsibilities:

      Assist seniors with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

      Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.

      Help clients with mobility and physical support needs.

      Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the client’s home.

      Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and office staff to ensure top-notch care.

Required Skills:

      Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect.

      Strong communication skills with a friendly, supportive demeanor.

      Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

      Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test required before hire.

      Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.

      Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

      Reliable car available for use at all times.

Preferred Skills:

      Six months of caregiving experience in homes or facilities.

      Experience supporting older adults with various care needs.

      COVID vaccination.
