We will train you and set you up for a successful caregiving experience with our clients. We offer paid onboarding and continuous training.

• Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
• Job Type: Part Time, Full Time, Weekends, Evening, Overnights
• Schedule: Flexible based on your availability. 4 hour, 8 hour, & 12 hour shifts available
• Position: Caregiver for Seniors, Mentally or Physically disabled

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (we can guide you on how to get these)

• Registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide
• Satisfactory background check via Live Scan
• Satisfactory TB test or Chest X-­ray and pre employment physical exam (paid for by GoldLeaf Homecare Network)
• Completion of a minimum of three satisfactory employment reference/verification checks
• Preferred/Not Mandatory. Pass a DMV Pull Notice (only if you are willing to drive clients to shop, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments)

**We reimburse for TB Test, LiveScan Background Check, Registration with Department of Social Services after 60 hours worked

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Personal Care Assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting;
• Mobility Assistance including ambulation, wheelchair, and transfers.
• Meal preparation including special diets, supervising and assisting the client with eating and drinking
• Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linen changes and dishes;
• Driving and/or escorting clients to shopping, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments;
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and socialization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Basic English proficiency is required.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong communication abilities
• Adaptable and cooperative in meeting job responsibilities
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
• Possesses keen observational skills and solid judgment
• Has dependable transportation
• Regularly needs to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Often required to push and pull weights ranging from 0 to 150+ pounds
• Preferred but not mandatory: Valid driver's license and auto insurance
