Caregivers / Day shift / Including weekends - Right at Home San Diego East County

Starting wage: up to $22.00 an hour DOE.

Schedule: weekdays, and weekend shifts.

What you will do as a Caregiver:

·         Assist with bathing/feeding/toileting.

·         Ambulation/transfers

·         Protective Supervision

·         Medication Reminders

·         Light housekeeping activities

·         Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.

·         Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

What we look for in our Caregivers:

·         Preferred but not required: 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and/or Certified Nurse Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities).

·         If you are a compassionate, caring, and reliable we will train you.

·         Successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.

·         Reliable transportation.

·         Reside in (your city) within our service area.

·         Must be able to travel up to 30 minutes or 15 miles for this position.

·        Be at least 18 years old.

·        Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

·        Have availability on Saturday and Sunday
