PathWays has been providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families for over 50 years and we continue to expand the opportunities they have in their community to live a fulfilling life. As a Caregiver in our community programs, you are a sidekick for individuals to enable them to participate in community and social activities. Are you patient, reliable, and passionate about helping others? Do you like to be active during the day such as grabbing a coffee at DD, going bowling, volunteering at local organizations, or walking around the track at the community center? A typical day will start at 8 a.m. getting your assignment for the day and then heading off to pick up your individuals in Sullivan County, grabbing a coffee, and participating in an activity. You may have lunch with your peers and their individuals and then on to an afternoon activity. Once you drop off your individual(s) in the afternoon, you complete your daily paperwork. Your days are limited only by your imagination! This position can be the stepping-stone into a human services career.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 year of similar experience is preferred though not required
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to research/uncover new opportunities in the community
- Basic computer skills

All positions require:
- Proof of Eligibility for employment in the U.S.
- Passing a criminal background, MVR and BEAS check, OIG Exclusion List check, and DCYF check
- Valid Drivers License and Proof of valid auto insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older per NH state regulations
- Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Passing a TB test
