• Competitive Pay Based on Experience - Rates start between $16.00 to $18.50/hour
• Higher Hourly Pay – All weekend shifts, couples shift, and last minute calls pay at a higher base rate.

• A minimum of 1-year experience as a caregiver (or similar position)
• CNA, HHA, and DC Certification
• Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
• One of the following TB Tests (2 step PPD/Chest X-Ray/QuantiFERON blood work)
• References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
• Good communication skills in Spanish, Russian, or Italian is a plus.

• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
• Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
• Maintain consistent communication between seniors, co-workers, and office staff
