OVERVIEW: Statewide Remodeling Inc. seeks a dynamic, self-starting individual that demonstrates initiative and commitment as a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor will provide support and assist with the alignment of Marketing processes and solutions to effectively and efficiently meet Statewide business needs. Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for assisting call center employees effectiveness in areas of performance management.

Essential Functions:
- Serve clients to the highest level possible
- Installation of windows, baths and kitchens
- Install each job using company- approved and quality driven methods.
- Testing equipment and products to ensure functionality.
- Load materials, tools and equipment for each job
- Move each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Unload and clean up after each job.
- Training of other employee installers as needed.
- Miscellaneous service/repair work
- Inventory within warehouse
- Maintaining stock in vehicle and ordering new supplies as needed
- Transporting product to job sites when needed
- Administrative paperwork including but not limited to service tickets, completion forms, job costing sheets.
- Cleaning, upkeep and maintenance of company property including vehicles, tools and trailers.
- Assisting with set up/build-out of training/marketing displays.
- Following safety guidelines
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/certifications.
- Other work-related job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of carpentry experience
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player
- Effective communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Regular punctual attendance
- Problem solving skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and lift heavy material. Must be able to drive a company vehicle.
Work Environment: Job sites, customers' homes, warehouse
Dress code: During business hours, it is expected to present a clean and neat appearance. The dress code for this position is business casual. Company branded apparel may be provided. You will be asked to return home without pay to change if appearance is not acceptable.
