Carpenter - Alpine Environmental

• Compensation negotiable depending on skills and length of experience.

• 3+ years carpentry experience with a focus on restoration/remodeling is a must as we often work on homes 100 years and older.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable truck
• Basic carpentry tools – compressor, finish nail gun, compound miter, table saw & hand tools.

• Carpentry/Renovation: 3+ years of minimum experience. 

• Approximately 50% of the work involves installing windows – both new & restored
• Install/replace trim – chair rail, door casings, window casings, stool cap, aprons, stops, plus miscellaneous items – shelves, baseboard, etc.
• Install exterior & interior door units 
• Stairway work – treads, risers, balusters, etc.

• Install railings
• Install treads
• Properly vent soffit/fascia – including continuous vents
• Replace ridge vents
• Install trim
• Aluminum brake work – wrapping window & door trim, soffits, fascia, etc. 
• Vinyl siding
