Job Title: Full-Time Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Execute general carpentry tasks including installation and repair of gutters, siding, doors, and windows.
• Perform trim, sheetrock, framing, and deck construction.
• Conduct painting and repair of soffit and fascia.
• Assess and address moisture issues in structures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry and construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
