Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Measuring, cutting, and hanging drywall to required specifications
* Assisting in framing up walls and installing sheathing
* Installing crown moldings
* Assembling and fastening materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue
* Cutting and nailing headers and blocking
* Fitting and installing of window frames, doors, interior and exterior trim, wooden doorframes
* Performing all duties in compliance with site safety and building requirements.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years previous experience in the commercial construction industry
* Knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field.
* Ability to accept direction and work as a team player.
* Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule including nontraditional hours including weekends.
* OSHA 10/OSHA 30 or willingness to undergo OSHA Safety Training.
