Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Maintenance Worker will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of facilities within the Long Beach Unified School District.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on school facilities.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
