As a Carpenter - Reconstruction Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in transforming damaged or outdated structures into functional and attractive spaces. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and understand blueprints, plans, and specifications to carry out reconstruction and renovation projects effectively and efficiently

- Measure and mark cutting and assembly lines on materials, and use tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and chisels to shape or cut materials needed for construction

- Install, repair, and maintain various wooden structures, including walls, ceilings, floors, and roofs

- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate work and ensure the timely completion of projects

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Keep accurate records and document project progress and materials used

- Mentor and train apprentices and other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry and reconstruction

- Strong understanding of construction best practices and safety regulations

- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- Excellent attention to detail and precision

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.
