US Trades and Talent is looking for 6 General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various tasks and operations within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide physical assistance and support across different departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This position requires versatility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform physical tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials or equipment as required.
2. Assist in the setup and dismantling of work areas, ensuring they are clean and organized.
3. Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks, following safety guidelines and procedures.
4. Transport materials and supplies between different work areas or departments, maintaining inventory accuracy.
5. Support construction, maintenance, or production teams by providing assistance in tasks such as digging, moving equipment, or assembling structures.
6. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools, ensuring their proper functioning.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
8. Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals efficiently and effectively.
9. Follow instructions from supervisors or senior team members, demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve skills.
10. Assist in general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris from work areas.
11. Maintain a positive work attitude, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Pay Range is $18 to $21 per hour depending on experience.
