JOB TITLE: Cart Person DEPARTMENT: Dietary RESPONSIBLE TO: Dietary Manager QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Must possess, as a minimum, a 10^th^ grade education

No experience required; On-the-job training provided

Physical: Able to stand for long periods of time; able to lift in excess of 20 pounds

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1

Prepare and portion cold foods for Residents, personnel, and guests for meals and between-meal nourishments

Prepare snacks and deliver them to nurses[]{wp="" typographicsymbols""="" stations.

Wash small equipment used and work area

Set up trays for Residents with cold foods, beverages, condiments and silverware (wrap silverware.) 4

Deliver and pick up food cart(s), and unload used trays

Put away cafeteria cold foods after the meal hour

Do routine cleaning as scheduled

[Pay rate ranges from $11-$14/hr

depending on experience

[Evening shift does have an additional shift pay of $1.25/hr
