Outside Utilization Resource Services (OURS)*The model is purely telephonic with on-site physicians.*The type of case management that OURS does is not the typical telephonic model as our model is a hybrid between a regular inpatient case manager and a repatriation case manager.*OURS' main mission is safe and prompt repatriation.*The shift that needs to be filled is 9 am - 9:30 pm.*OURS is 24/7 for the notification part of it and the other function is 365 day operations for the case management part of it -the latter is the one we are looking to fill.
