Dynamic Opportunity~ As a full-time employee, working 40 hours per week, a Case Management Services Coordinator, is responsible providing consultation, program coordination of services. Provides routine employee supervision in individual and group settings to include case review and consultation.
The Guidance Center~ is a primary mental health support agency, providing compassionate, professional care for individuals and families with mental health needs in the greater Cumberland County, NJ area. For more than 60 years, our non-profit organization of professionals, doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, has assisted the community in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of mental illness.
What does this position look like~ A Case Management Services Coordinator assigns cases promptly, maintains positive engagement and communication with referral sources such as short term, county, state and local hospitals as well as local social service entities. Establishes and maintains schedules for designated programs including on-call rotation schedule. Provides direct supervision of employee to include ensuring timeliness of required documentation, productivity levels met at 50%, quality of documentation and service interventions.
What you need to apply~
- Bachelors degree required, Master's degree preferred from an accredited college/university in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
- A minimum of three years post bachelors degree experience in the provision of mental health services.
- Must have two years previous experience in employee supervision.
- Must posses a valid drivers license and ability to be insured by carrier.
