A Day in the Life of:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized service management for employees with disabilities in SOAR365's Business Solutions department. You will review disability documentation collected for potential hires in the Business Solutions department, securing any additional information needed to determine employees' needs and to meet regulatory compliance. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- In conjunction with the HR recruiter, review's disability documentation collected for potential hires in the Business Solutions department; secures any additional information needed to determine employees' needs and to meet regulatory compliance.
- Develops an individualized disability accommodations roadmap for hiring managers/supervisors.
- Monitors progress/needs in accommodations through supervisor's documentation, on-site observation of services and dialogue with caregivers and stakeholders; completes and submits annual Individual Eligibility Evaluations (IEEs).
- Attends case management/rehab counselor/support coordinator-convened planning meetings; convenes problem-solving meetings as needed.
- Serves as the point of contact for employees with disabilities, caregivers and others on behalf of employees; advocates for employees' best interests; interfaces with a wide variety of professionals, programs and agencies to enhance service system responsiveness to employees.
- Identifies and connects employee with needed external services/ supports.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation according to regulatory, reimbursement, and agency requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related health and human services field preferred. A combination of experience/training may be considered in lieu of the aforementioned degree. Minimum education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of community resources and human services network.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of treatment, supports, and procedures.
- Ability to establish working relationships with variety of employees and stakeholders; working skill in interviewing and counseling.
- Knowledge of disabilities and job accommodations.
- Knowledge of all SourceAmerica and AbilityOne regulations and policies and adheres to all required documentation regulations.
- Knowledge of regulations, policy, procedure, and other requirements applicable to SOAR365-operated departments.
