Case Manager (Client Advocate) - Maximus

Maximus currently has a Case Manager (Client Advocate) opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Promote working relationships with customers and monitor engagement and progress. - Liason with customers on a regular basis to meet and achieve program goals and/or maintain program services and eligibility. - Exhibit considerable programmatic knowledge and assist customers in multiple phases of the application process, ranging from enrollment through the awarding of benefits and services. - Assist customers to acquire services that facilitate program goals (e.g., educational and/or vocational training, medical, child care, transportation, substance abuse/mental health, child support establishment, legal, and other related needs). - Maintain accurate and timely case notes on all customer contacts and document activities. - Share information about outreach and engagement efforts with project staff. - Inform project staff of any barriers that they identify and that are preventing the customer from engaging with the Provider. Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma - 2-4 years of experience

Previous Maximus experience preferred.

This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
