If You Want Flexibility and To Make A Difference In The Community, Join Acenda's Integrated Health Care Team As A Case Manager for Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Support Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum requirement of a Bachelors Degree in Human Services or Psychology.
At least 2 years of experience in mental services
Preferred:
Preferred CADC or LCADC credentials and Pre-Vocational experience.

If You Want Flexibility and To Make A Difference In The Community, Join Acenda's Integrated Health Care Team As A Case Manager for Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Support Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate educational groups for clients four days a week providing coping and wellness strategies
- Utilize the group process to educate individuals with early symptom recognition and WRAP solutions
- Meet with clients to obtain release of information for collateral contact and additional requests relating to confidentiality
- Complete needs assessments and educate clients with community resources available and how to access them
- Connect and provide clients with transportation for the program
