Case Manager - Winners Circle Injury Law

Winners Circle Injury Law is looking for a Case Manager to join our team at our S. Rainbow Blvd./I-215 office. This person will operate as the lead on Cases that are opened in this office.  The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Case Manager is responsible for addressing client issues open claims and manage the car accident, property damage and client treatment.   

The ideal candidate comes with experience in case management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new clients. Excellent cross-functional experience working with a professional demeanor and great client service, to improve the entire client experience is a critical factor in this role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee client management – Includes developing relationships with Insurance company adjusters, clients and agreements between the two to maximize settlements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the Winners Circle team to achieve a quick settlement while keeping clients satisfied.
• Ensure a strong relationships with clients - Facilitate the case in a timely manner and the successful delivery of a settlement according to client needs and objectives.

Requirements: 

• Past case Management experience or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• The ability to multi task is a must.
• Familiarity with Casepeer software preferred, but will train the right person.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple cases and clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key arguments at all levels of a case.
• Must work well with others and be able to follow directions.
• Bi-Lingual and a notary is a big plus for this position.
