We are seeking a Case Manager for Exemption Support Program to join our team at our program in Newburgh, NY.



Earn $19.91/hour.



** This position is not commission-based**



Position Details

The position is a case manager who is responsible for providing community-based services to consumers referred by the Orange County Department of Social Services. Case managers meet with consumers twice a month while assisting them address any barriers or limitations they may face. The goal is to help consumers reach self-sufficiency by returning to the workforce or obtaining Social Security benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
* One year experience working with vulnerable populations.
* Valid driver's license
* Must own reliable transportation.
* Have exceptional communication skills.
* Able to work independently.
* Work collaboratively with team.
