**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Case Management **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 08:30 - 17:00 with rotating weekends **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year **License:** Active RN License **Certifications:** None specified **Must-Have:** - Experience with IQ reviews and discharge planning for complex patients - Psychosocial assessment experience **Job Description:** - Work collaboratively with the Case Management staff and bedside staff - Engage in assessments, discharge planning, and medical necessity reviews - Familiarity with Case Management processes - Utilize Meditech and Midas for documentation - Use equipment such as iMobile, Computer, and Ecapture pad - Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and function independently **Additional Preferences:** - Previous travel experience preferred - Ability to adapt easily and work independently **Dress Code:** Business Casual **General Comments:** This position is designed to fill a vacancy in the Case Management unit, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and effective case management services.
