About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Case Management **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 08:00 - 16:30 **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** Minimum 2 Years **License:** RN License **Certifications:** **Must-Have:** - Hospital Case Management Experience **Job Description:** - Join our Case Management department with unit-based RN Case Managers and Social Workers. - Manage a patient load with ratios approximately 1 RN Case Manager to 20-25 patients. - Utilize Meditech software for electronic medical records (EMR). - A detailed-oriented approach, strong time management, and multi-tasking skills are essential. - Experience with InterQual and Meditech is preferred. - Participate in a rotation that requires working every other weekend and holidays alongside hospital employees. *Additional Information:* - Our facility features a capacity of 253 beds and a supportive team environment. - The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. - This role provides the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology and support systems.
