Case Manager - Workforce and Education - Annual Salary $48,205 - $52,795 (per qualifications)
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish candidates preferred and encouraged to apply.
- 40 hours per week M-F; In office work at Salem WorkSource Oregon

Our Case Manager is a senior staff member working in conjunction with our partners to assess client needs and pair them with available services as they work toward greater stability. Incumbents will: provide vocational, personal, and family support, assist clients in identifying and developing skills, access resources through web-based programs, determine eligibility, write training plans, facilitate workshops, recruit clients and community partners, track participation and outcomes, and make referrals to other staff and partner agencies. Case Managers may also work with families and provide comprehensive well-being services.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, education, social sciences, or related field, plus at least one year experience in vocational counseling or advising, adult education or job training required; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Valid driver's license, maintain minimum liability auto insurance and insurable driving record to operate vehicle on agency business.
