We have an opening in Initial Assessment 

Case Managers and Social Workers provide professional social work services to individuals and families, helping them overcome personal, family, health, and economic problems.

Hours:  8:00 am -430 pm with some flexibility based on family needs, this position does have comp time. 

Location:  320 S. Walnut St. in Appleton, WI
