**Case Pack, Sanitation, And Machine Operator** **Everett, WA** **1st Shift morning** **2nd shift swing** **3rd shift graveyard** **$19-$21/hr DOE with a $1 per shift differentials** **$125 week potential weekly bonus start on Aug 1st** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **Case Pack and Machine Operator** to join our team at our location in Everett, WA. As a Case Pack Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines within your assigned area, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting any issues, and maintaining quality control. You will also be responsible for training peers and temporary workers, supporting existing line operation documentation, and actively participating in shift hand-offs. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry, to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success. **Job Specifications:** **- Job Type: Hourly** **- Location: Everett, WA** **- Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00 per hour with $1 per shift differentials** **- Shift:1st, 2nd, and 3rd** **$125 potential weekly bonus start Aug 1-Feb 2025** **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Operate machines within assigned area, including troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste control - Perform chemical cleaning within assigned area, both on daily turnaround and unplanned intervals - Escalate acute and chronic machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist and/or Lead as required - Train peers and temporary workers on processes and machine operation within the department - Support existing line operation documentation, such as Gemba boards, changeover checklists, 5S, centerlines, and CIL tracking, by completing the required tasks and documentation at the required intervals - Ensure downtime is entered into the HMI with clear explanations of what occurred - Accountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools - Support new initiatives when required by providing feedback, writing and training others on procedures, and adopting new tasks and documentation - Perform tasks to support other departments when directed - Actively participate in shift hand-off - Work with the team towards meeting Packaging metrics to drive goals and sustainability of the teams, including resource alignment, planning ahead for changeovers, optimizing the schedule, and driving communication and tight tracking of loss through each process order - Perform all other duties as assigned **Qualifications & Skills:** - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry - Previous packaging work experience preferred - Must be available to work overtime and weekends - Self-directed with the ability to keep oneself busy and manage the work of temporary associates on the line - Ability to learn system logic and operate HMI/control panels to teach products and fine-tune equipment for minor and major adjustments - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos - Effective communication skills with internal and external customers - Ability to perform intermediate math functions **Opportunities:** - Join a dynamic team in a well-established company - Opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the organization - Potential for career advancement and professional development \#CB #P1 #P2 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
