Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Cash Management Analyst– Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities include:
+ Reconcile multiple bank accounts and prepare ledger reconciliations.
+ Manage a set of complex bank account transactions with large volumes of outgoing payments.
+ Assist the Cash Management team by maintaining up-to-date monthly ledger reconciliations within their area of responsibility. This includes promptly investigating and resolving any discrepancies or variances to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
+ Provide support in managing the escheatment process within Treasury Services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and facilitating the accurate handling of unclaimed funds.
+ Lead researching bank activity and resolve issues with unposted items.
+ Assist both internal and external auditors by providing requested documents in a timely manner.
+ Respond to Treasury Email inquiries.
+ Troubleshoot/Order and Configure New Terminals for Community (backup).
+ Act as bank contact and liaison for merchant service (backup).
+ Serve as backup for settlement/payment processing duties- ACH, wire transfer, check processing, returned items.
+ Read all correspondence and know, or interpret existing policies and procedures related to specific functions and carry out procedures accordingly.
+ Develop necessary systems and procedures to support the area of responsibility.
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma and five years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Strong experience in account reconciliations and payment processing in a high-volume environment.
Exercises a high degree of accuracy working with financial data.
Able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Proven leadership abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Word (MS Office suite products).
Self-starter who takes initiative and exercises good judgment.
Knowledge of Workday Finance ERP highly preferred.
Salary:
$55,000 per year.
