About the Job
The Cash Management and Banking Services Analyst II is responsible for Brokerage Cash Management Accounts, the Bank Sweeps Program, Stifel Bank Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards programs, and the firm's payments strategy. This role will require partnership with various support teams to support shared clients and ensure a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For:- Support and enhance the firm's cash management products and banking services, including cash management accounts, bank sweep programs, bank deposit accounts, credit card programs, Stifel proprietary cash products, and the firm's digital payments strategy.
- Partner with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless cash management products and services delivery.
- Manage the team inbox daily and take tier-two service phone calls to provide advanced support for features, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and collaborate with Marketing to implement marketing strategies to promote and present the advantages of the products and services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and internal feedback related to cash management products and services and recommend enhancements to bank offerings.
- Utilize industry and internal data to produce reporting used for strategic decision-making.
- Utilize a no-code platform to assist in designing, enhancing, and supporting digital account origination and other client-facing forms.
- Assist in implementing new capabilities through project tasks such as user acceptance testing.
- Upgrade and maintain the bank and brokerage account agreements, disclosures, client-facing marketing materials, and intranet materials.
- Document and maintain team procedures to drive consistency in service and build institutional knowledge that will outlast any one member of the team.
- Monitor vendors who support our cash accounts, credit card, and payment systems by tracking system issues to resolution and documenting service interruptions.
- Build positive relationships with peers, business partners, and colleagues while working effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals.
- Communicates in verbal and written forms potentially complex issues or concepts.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly and identify patterns, trends, and gaps on any given topic or
situation. - Continues education of new concepts and is willing to tackle uncertainty with enthusiasm.
- Recognizing when meaningful action is required and assuming the additional responsibility to
tackle the challenge. - Able to take ownership, prioritize appropriately, and propose business solutions to solve issues.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3+ years related experience in banking and payments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Understands client/server computing architecture, user interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
- Understand concepts related to relational databases with the ability to write SQL queries.
