Position Summary: Coordinates, performs, and supervises a variety of administrative duties required for provider credentialing and enrollment. Interacts extensively with providers, enrollment staff, insurance plans, HR recruitment, clinical departments, and leadership to facilitate provider enrollment, and to maximize reimbursement for services rendered. Oversees the team processes and work during the execution of various enrollment processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily balancing and reporting of cash logs.
- Familiar with Electronic Medical Records and Billing Systems.
- Balancing and managing accounts related to cash in Central Reach
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- Working knowledge of remits codes related to electronic remits and hard copy remits.
- Ability to research unidentified payments or recoupments to determine correct transactions using various payer platforms or through the bank.
- Ensure that the activities of the collection operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol, and are following Federal, State, and payer regulation, guidelines, and requirements.
- Maintain a broad range of knowledge of insurance plans, medical terminology, billing procedures, government regulations, and medical codes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with teams, managers, and executive staff.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Revenue Cycle Responsible for understanding all procedures within regulatory mandates.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of knowledge in a behavioral health or medical clinic setting preferred, but not necessary
- Associates degree preferred, will take five years’ experience in lieu of degree.
