Be QUALITY CRAZED when cooking and preparing food accurately by following recipe cards, supporting and following safety, sanitation, and security standards outlined by Willy’s.

Passion for creating Hero Moments.

Operation of cash register and POS system.

Willingness to operate restaurant equipment (including but not limited to Fryers and Grills).

Willingness to understand and follow health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.

Capability to reach, bend, stoop, scrub equipment and lift 50 pounds multiple times per shift.

Capability to walk and stand during the entire shift.
