A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

As a Cashier / Customer Service Associate, you are responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience when they visit our frozen yogurt shop. When customers enter our store, you greet them with a friendly and positive attitude as well as take their orders in a timely and efficient manner. You prepare all orders according to specifications while following any applicable food safety and sanitation guidelines.

In addition, you keep track of our drive-thru, taking down orders as customers pull up. You also help run our register by totaling up orders and collecting the correct payment. When you aren't assisting customers, you ensure that our frozen yogurt is well-stocked and replace flavors as needed. You clean up around the store, including behind the counter and the sitting area. Having a job where you get to work around frozen yogurt all day and meet new people brings you great satisfaction, which is why you love your position in food service!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• At least 16 years old
• Food handler's certificate - we will provide one if needed!
• Excellent customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time entry-level food service position with our hospitality team works a flexible schedule. Our frozen yogurt shop hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM - 11 PM. Shifts fall between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM.
