Job Overview:

Acum Connect is seeking a Cashier / Customer Service Representative to manage customer transactions, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent service. This role involves multitasking between cashier duties and customer service support.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $16.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, and other transactions accurately.
• Provide receipts and manage daily cash reconciliation.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products or services.
• Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
