The Guest Service Expert (or Front of House/Cashier) Come make a difference with us as a Guest Services Expert today! This is an opportunity via a local franchisee to provide unparalleled service to each of our guests and to explore potential career paths with an independently owned and operated Wingstop franchise. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
The Guest Service Expert has multiple important responsibilities at a Wingstop franchise, one very important responsibility includes Wowing our guests. The Guest Service Expert spends more time than any other position interacting with guests, including greeting guests when they arrive, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders—all with a great attitude and a smile. Doing these tasks are crucial to providing hospitality to our guests and ensuring they want to come back. A commitment to teamwork, a clean professional appearance, enthusiasm, and a high energy level are expected throughout each shift.

- Foodservice or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Minimum age of 16 years of age.
- Minimum Food Handler's Certificate and TABC License if 18 and older.

Navigator (Cashier)
Crew Members are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities Include:
Team Environment - Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction - Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience. Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
Profitability - Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Comply with all restaurant and franchisee company policies.
