Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Transaction Handling: Accurately process all cash, credit, and check transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and transaction accuracy.

Reception Duties: Answer phone calls in a courteous manner, direct calls to appropriate departments, and provide basic information as needed.

Administrative Support: Assist with filing, record keeping, and other related administrative tasks to support the dealership's operations.

Problem Resolution: Address customer questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth dealership operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service Orientation: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask efficiently while managing multiple priorities.

Technical Skills: Proficient with basic computer software, including MS Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
