Casino Cage Supervisor
As a Casino Cage Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing, evaluating and training our cage cashier team. The Casino Cage Supervisor consistently delivers positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guest, visitors, vendors and fellow co-workers.
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
- Responsible for inventory of the Casino Cage (chip, check, main or front window banks, booths, cashier banks, automated redemption machines, and ticket redemption machines).
- Maintains compliance with the CCC Act of New Jersey.
- Maintains compliance with the IRS CTR Laws.
- Participates in the daily reconciliation of the casino finance area.
- Supervises, schedules, evaluate and trans cage cashiers.
- Performs other related duties as delegated by departmental management.
- Verify the Banks and/or Windows on their respective floor at the end of each shift and complete a Daily Shift Report outlining any variances, problems
- Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or proficient in a supervisory, casino cage, banking, or cashiering role
- Flexibility of shift and hours required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a key license from the NJ DGE
