Job Title: Casino Marketing Operations Manager

Reports To: Executive Director of Marketing/CMO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Marketing/CMO, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Day-to-day oversight and support for all Marketing operational departments
- Assisting with strategic planning, leadership, and accountability
- Analyzing and providing strategic and tactical recommendations for all Marketing initiatives
- Ensuring operational goals are met
- Supervising various positions including Promotional & Events Supervisor, Guest Services Supervisor and more
- Administrative tasks, vendor relations, resolving guest complaints, training new team members, budget planning and mentorship
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Casino management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, executing, and analyzing gaming promotions
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience in Marketing, Guest Services or Player Development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Casino Management System(s), or any applicable related operating systems
- Exceptional Guest Services skills, and ability to effectively utilize conflict-resolution techniques
- Organizational skills and the ability to work with all departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, employee data, player activity, financial data, marketing plans & policies
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience interacting with advertising agencies/graphic designers
- Familiarity with the production process of marketing materials
- Proven success in areas of advertising, digital marketing, direct mail, social media, budgeting, financial planning, profitability, productivity and concept of development
Conditions of Employment:
- Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
- Must comply with all Casino Policies
- Must successfully complete an Introductory Period
- Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner
- Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations
- Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies
- Practice good personal hygiene
- Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager
