Job Description:
· Minimum 5 years recent experience serving as a full-time Database Administrator in a high volume Linux based environment
· Demonstrated experience serving as a full time database administrator configuring and maintaining Cassandra databases in a high availability, highly scalable environment
· Demonstrated experience with data modeling and schema design
· Demonstrated experience performing database health monitoring and troubleshooting
· Demonstrated experience working on an agile development team
Desired Skills:
· Demonstrated experience serving as a full time database administrator configuring and maintaining DataStax in a high availability, highly scalable environment
· Demonstrated experience of Linux system administrator
· Demonstrated experience with GIT, Puppet and Jenkins
