🕒 Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7 PM - 7 AM (Training from 7 AM - 7 PM for 1-3 months)
📠Location: Our copper mill facility operates around the clock, providing you with a steady, reliable schedule and a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Casting Machine Operator, you'll have a hands-on role, setting up, operating, and maintaining casting equipment. Your main focus will be on ensuring continuous, efficient production with no downtime. You'll perform basic machine maintenance, manage casting molds, and control critical process parameters like cooling water and gas flow. Attention to detail is key as you monitor for malfunctions, adjust settings as necessary, and maintain detailed records to ensure product quality.

You'll also play a critical role in emergency situations, making quick decisions to resolve issues and keep production running smoothly. Effective communication with your team is essential, as you'll report any issues, suggest improvements, and work together to keep everything running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environments (hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
