In this role, you will be essential in cataloging incoming lots, identifying inventory that requires authentication or further research, and working closely with various teams to highlight the value in collections. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Catalog incoming lots with detailed titles and key attributes.
- Identify inventory that needs authentication or further research.
- Ensure all key attributes and values in collections are highlighted in collaboration with our photography and editorial team.
- Collaborate closely with third-party authenticators.
- Work closely with consignment directors and account managers to meet auction deadlines and goals.
- Adapt processes and authentication strategies to meet changing marketplace trends.
- Working knowledge of the collectibles space (sports, entertainment, pop culture, historical items).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet hard deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED.
