Pay Range: $58,000-$82,000
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
* Study, review, and present global commodity forecasts.
* Assist and lead the Category Sourcing Team with RFQ’s, RFI’s, RFP’s
* Data collection for submission to suppliers
* Price/cost analysis
* Data analysis
* Follow up with suppliers.
* Manage Supplier Pricing via Basware price lists, trade agreements and new supplier set up.
* Provide training to suppliers on how to set up a new catalog.
* Train new employees on vendor trade agreement set up.
* Review vendor trade agreement changes for accuracy and upload in company systems (AX Dynamics)
* Notification to TSI plants of catalog changes and date of implementation
* Participate in cross functional events to express the best interest of all supply chain functions.
* Provide critical feedback loops to Manufacturing and Planning on appropriate supplier capacities for each facility depending on the complexity of the new products.
* Assist Category Sourcing Team with tactical support activities.
* Update forecast scorecards and ensure suppliers have received forecast.
* Assess any inventory risk as it pertains to product rollouts.
* Advise team member of risk and help in supplier mitigation.
* Maintain supplier balanced Scorecards.
* Review and analyze data and submit to appropriate team members.
* Follow up with suppliers and stake holders as needed.
* Review and understanding of data submitted.
* Support Sourcing Team in proper evaluation and follow up with suppliers as requested.
* Maintain supplier master and category SKU’s/part numbers for accuracy.
* Develop total cost models and volume models with associated charts to analyze and understand base raw materials that comprise targeted components and raw materials within the spend assigned.
* Maintain monthly shipping reports from suppliers.
* Review and provide feedback on monthly reports.
* Follow up with any suppliers that are delinquent or do not complete the data required.
* Review with Category Manager(s) for accuracy and completion on a monthly basis.
* Review numbers with final PPV to ensure systems align.
* Interact with other internal and external customers as needed.
* Manage open orders reports from multiple systems.
* ASN completion for key suppliers into TSI plants
* Support key organizational activities/deliverables not limited to:
* Ownership of monthly distribution and review meeting for inflation/deflation inputs
* Organization chart and sourcing responsibilities matrix management
* Ownership of monthly distribution of the Operations presentation deck and review meeting
* Management of Sourcing SharePoint site layout and content
* Ownership and management of corrective action request credit recovery process
* Management of organization calendar creation and review for monthly sourcing deliverables
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
* Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred area of concentration Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sourcing or similar
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Software Programs is required (Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.…).
* Individual must have the ability to prepare presentations in PowerPoint and is a proficient public speaker.
