About the Job
A Catering Specialist is generally part time, based on the catering demands of the business. Must be flexible with days/nights/weekends as catering needs change weekly. You must have a valid driver license and be 18 years of age. You will be a member for the Chick-fil-A family and will be expected to uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care.
The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue meet our guest's expectations outside of the restaurant.

Experience:
- driving: 1 year (Preferred)
- delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Minimum age - 18 years old
- Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License
- Must own reliable transportation that is CLEAN (Car Insurance a MUST!)
- Clean driving record for the past 2 years
- Reliable communication
- Cannot have a current/within the last year License suspension

Main responsibilities:
- Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the kitchen on fulfillment plan
- Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc. for pick ups and deliveries
- Deliver catering orders and complete all the set-up on site for the Guest
- Finalize all catering orders in POS with payment
- Organize and keep inventory of catering supplies and communicate ordering needs
- Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
- Following safe driving procedures
- Keeping your delivery vehicle clean and organized
- Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
- Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift.
- Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook
